Three phase centrifugal pump with 2900rpm motor speed, 0°, 90° and 180° installation angle of outlet and same diameter of inlet and outlet 40mm (1~1/ 2 inch). 3 phase centrifugal water pump has advantages of simple structure, low noise and long service lifetime.
Features:
The centrifugal pump has the horizontal structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
It is easy to install and maintain. No need to dismantle pipeline system, just lifting off the conjunction flat nut of vertical pump. Then all the rotor parts can be taken out.
Horizontal centrifugal pump can be operating in series and parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
The installation angle of pump outlet can be 0°, 90° and 180° to meet different connection occasions.

Tips: Centrifugal Pump Troubleshooting – Motor Current is too High.
Reason 1: The power of the supporting motor is too small. The solution: adjust the supporting motor and replace the motor.
Reason 2: The revolving speed of the water pump is too high. The solution: reduce the revolving speed of the water pump.
Reason 3: The pump shaft is bent and the bearing is worn or damaged. The solution: correct the straightening of the pump shaft, repair or replace the bearing.
Reason 4: The stuffing is compressed too tight. The solution: release the stuffing gland.
Reason 5: In practical operation, the head is much lower than the pump head, causing a too high flow rate. The solution: turn down the outlet valve and control the water pump flow rate.
Reason 6: The coupling is not concentric, or the clearance between the couplings is too small. The solution: correct the concentricity or adjust the clearance between the couplings.
Reason 7: The pump has been stopped for a too long period, thus causing heat expansion. The solution: implement the normal operation procedure, stop immediately for inspection in case of a fault.
Reason 8: The motor is wetted because of being dipped in water. The solution: dry the wet motor.
