Tips: Installation method of diesel generator set
The diesel generator set is installed on the concrete floor:
A reinforced concrete base shall be placed on the floor.
The concrete base passes the pressure test of more than 173kpa for one month.
Concrete base shall be at least 150 mm higher than the floor, extend at least 150 mm along each side of the unit chassis, and embed “J” or “L” foundation bolts on the cement base.
The diesel generator set is fixed on the chassis type oil tank:
Engine, shock absorber has been already installed between engine and oil tank.
The structure and strength of the oil tank must be able to bear the static and dynamic loads of the unit.
There must be a certain distance between the tank bottom and the ground for maintenance.
